本公路橋位于原川龍大道上，因武漢北編組站建設，需要抬高路面高程改路為橋，上跨該編組站諸條鐵路線路，在此處的原路面寬度為34m，路面組成為非機動車道（3m）+綠化帶（6m）+行車道（16m）+綠化帶（6m）+非機動車道（3m）。在K10+700以前一段已經建成，其中K10+600.40以前部分已經建成水泥路面，K10+600～K10+700為填土路基，K10+700 以后部分以前設計為上跨既有京廣鐵路的橋梁，但擱置未建。本次結合武漢北編組站將原有路面抬高，改成一座橋梁，即K10+267.44 川龍大道1#橋。
該橋起點為K10+226.90，終點為K10+307.98，橋全長81.08米，為（20+35+20）米跨預應力混凝土簡支板、箱梁橋，20米為空心板梁，35米為箱梁。下部結構為樁柱墩，橋臺為樁柱臺，基礎為樁基礎，共有φ1.2米樁12根,φ1.6米樁8根，樁底置于強風化
