南鄧高速公路第二合同段總體施工組織設計.doc

南陽至鄧州（省界）高速公路屬于交通部規劃的太原至澳門國家重點干線的重要組成部分，其功能和作用不僅是許平南高速公路向西南的延伸與湖北省襄樊至漢十(武漢至十堰)高速公路和襄宜(襄樊至宜昌)高速公路相溝通，而且也是中原、華北、華東的山東乃至東北與西南省份間便捷通道的組成部分。南陽至鄧州（省界）高速公路全長90.48336公里，途經南陽市：宛城區、臥龍區、新野縣、鄧州市。
我單位所承建的施工路段為第二合同段，起止樁號為K9+700～K19+000，標段路線全長9.3Km。
