XX至XX三級公路全長25.22km，起于XX市郊的XXX(XXX國道樁號：K1654+160)，西與XXX區的XX路相接，向東沿著XXX國道經XX、XX、XX、分水坳、巖門溪、XX、八家、黃板橋過XX縣XXX鄉集鎮，經黃山沖至沖里接老路(XXX國道樁號K1627+180)。1986年，交通部、中國人民解放軍后勤部將該項目列入XX市“八五”計劃建設的6條國防公路之一。近年來，隨著國民經濟的發展，該路段的交通流量迅速增加，原來公路已經不能適應目前交通量的需要，特別是不能適應部隊大型技術裝備機動性的要求。因此修建XX公路，具有重要的政治、軍事、經濟等意義。我們所投標段是第三合同段，樁號為K11+500~K25+220，全長13.72km。
