李家溝中橋左線施工里程為DzK45+480.99～DzK45+592.91，橋全長111.92米，李家溝中橋右線施工里程為DzK45+488.25～DzK45+602.02，橋全長113.77米，本橋為排洪兼立交而設，跨越李家溝河，橋位于R=2500 m的圓曲線及緩和曲線上。孔跨式樣為：4孔24m。T形橋臺，橋墩采用圓端形橋墩，基礎采用φ100鉆孔樁基礎，鋼護筒倒用。對既有線采用吊軌梁及鋼管樁進行防護。
