第一章  編制依據(jù)及編制原則
一、編制依據(jù)
1、濟(jì)南市北園大街道路及環(huán)境建設(shè)工程招標(biāo)文件、標(biāo)前會(huì)議及答疑文件。
2、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘查資料。
3、國(guó)家及有關(guān)部委頒布的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范、規(guī)程、政策及質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4、與本工程相關(guān)的法律、法規(guī)及濟(jì)南市有關(guān)規(guī)定。
5、濟(jì)南市市政工程文明施工管理規(guī)定。
6、我局在濟(jì)南市多年道路、橋梁、管網(wǎng)工程方面的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)和我局人員素質(zhì)和設(shè)備狀況。
