主橋預(yù)應(yīng)力箱梁施工方案

本橋主橋采用變截面三向預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)現(xiàn)澆箱梁結(jié)構(gòu)，頂板設(shè)2％橫坡，腹板傾斜，通過(guò)左右側(cè)腹板不同高度來(lái)調(diào)整橫坡。主跨為55m，邊跨32.95m，橋面為雙幅6車道。綜合考慮工期、造價(jià)等因素，采用支架現(xiàn)澆。由于主跨跨過(guò)海虞北路，在架設(shè)支架時(shí)，需預(yù)留海虞北路的行車道及人行道。
一、施工準(zhǔn)備工作
（一）材料及材料試驗(yàn)
箱梁混凝土設(shè)計(jì)為50號(hào)，屬高標(biāo)號(hào)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土，混凝土所使用的有關(guān)原材料嚴(yán)格按照技術(shù)規(guī)范的要求提前取樣進(jìn)行認(rèn)真試驗(yàn)與檢測(cè)，各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)必須達(dá)到規(guī)范規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師和指揮部復(fù)檢抽檢合格后，方可按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行分批采購(gòu)入場(chǎng)，在采購(gòu)進(jìn)場(chǎng)的過(guò)程中，指定專門材料試驗(yàn)人員，按規(guī)定的頻率進(jìn)行抽檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)有不合格的材料，拒絕驗(yàn)收并堅(jiān)決清退出場(chǎng)。50號(hào)砼所用水泥及箱梁所用I、II級(jí)鋼筋，均按照規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制，合格后方可采購(gòu)。
以上均為箱梁主體結(jié)構(gòu)用材，嚴(yán)把材料質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)關(guān)，是確保工程質(zhì)量最重要的也是最關(guān)鍵的工作，應(yīng)以高度負(fù)責(zé)的精神，嚴(yán)肅認(rèn)真一絲不茍的工作態(tài)度做好這項(xiàng)工作。
（二）混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)與強(qiáng)度試配工作
前面關(guān)于施工準(zhǔn)備工作第1條已經(jīng)提到，現(xiàn)澆鋼筋砼連續(xù)箱梁砼設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)號(hào)為50號(hào)，是高標(biāo)號(hào)砼。因此，在設(shè)計(jì)50號(hào)混凝土?xí)r，我公司將嚴(yán)格按照交通部2000年頒布的技術(shù)規(guī)范（范本）及公路工程水泥混凝土試驗(yàn)規(guī)程的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定認(rèn)真進(jìn)行混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)，做混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)除按照技術(shù)規(guī)范的有關(guān)規(guī)定外，還必須考慮施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際情況，進(jìn)行必要的修改與補(bǔ)充，特別是摻加砼添加劑以后對(duì)砼強(qiáng)度的影響。
