2、 下部施工
主橋7#墩為水中墩，為解決基礎施工及上部結構的材料運輸，建議設立從9#—7#墩的施工棧橋，利用棧橋設立鉆孔平臺，進行主橋鉆孔樁及承臺的施工。，
該橋為低樁承臺，可采用鋼套箱圍堰進行施工。即先在工廠進行分塊預制，通過棧橋運至墩位拼裝，通過平臺上的起重設備進行下沉。鋼套箱圍堰可采用單雙壁組合式，下沉方法可采用有水吸泥下沉，然后灌注封底混凝土，施工承臺。
3、 上部施工
3、1 0#塊施工
0#塊的施工為支架施工，其臨時墩柱作為主橋懸臂施工的臨時墩，因此，必須具有足夠的強度和剛度，建議采用鋼管混凝土墩柱，下端支撐在承臺或封底混凝土上。
3、2 懸臂段的施工
懸臂段采用掛藍進行施工。掛藍采用菱形掛藍，在4片腹板處設4片主桁架，以4米的節段進行澆注。后端錨固于腹板的豎向預應力筋上。
3、3 塔柱的施工
在施工懸臂段的同時，進行塔柱的施工。塔柱施工時注意預埋穿索平臺的預埋件。
