預應力空心板吊裝方案
一、工程概況
6#路k4+890橋采用的是20m預應力空心板,該橋為雙幅橋,單幅為9跨,共有邊板36塊,每塊自重約28噸,中板234塊,每塊自重約22噸。
二、施工組織與部署
(一)施工順序
1、左幅0#臺——4#墩;
2、右幅0#臺——4#墩;
3、左幅9#臺——4#墩;
4、右幅9#臺——4#墩。
(二)施工工藝流程
空心板運輸——吊裝邊板——吊裝中板——吊裝邊板。
(三)機械選擇
1、運輸:采用40噸拖車2輛;
2、吊裝:采用50噸汽車吊2輛。
(四)操作人員安排
起重工2人,安裝工2人,裝卸工4人,安全員1人,指揮2人。
(五)吊裝前施工準備工作
1、運輸道路以及吊裝場地推平并壓實,以保證
