一、工程概況
鹽城至南通高速公路海安一施工標段位于海安縣大公鎮和洋蠻河鎮境內，本標段路線起點接鹽通高速公路（南通市境）東臺三施工標段終點（樁號為K71+958.764），起點樁號為K72+038，路線經大公鎮東，在K73+082.500處跨越紅星河（等外航道），在K74+696處跨越大公-海安農場公路，在大公鎮和洋蠻河鎮交界處（K77+017.500）跨越北凌河，經洋蠻河鎮東，在K81+645.500處跨越洋蠻河（韓洋）至李堡公路，終點在K82+500處接海安二施工標段。本段全線長10.462km。
本標段粉噴樁處理軟土地基工程，位于長江河谷平原工程地質區，主要不良地質條件為軟土和砂土液化。為了減小工后沉降量，保證路基穩定，解決結構物處跳車等病害，設計采用粉噴樁對軟土地基進行處理。處理段落為K73+643-K76+815，粉噴樁共計14498根，總長93512米。
二、          施工組織
     根據工地現場情況，我們已派遣潤揚大橋北接線A2標施工49萬延米粉噴樁的經驗豐富的施工人員和精良的施工設備準備進場，同時組建了粉噴樁工作小組，由道路工程師任組長，質檢工程師、試驗工程師、材料主管、安全主管為組員，對該工程實行全天候質量管理，由項目經理全權負責經營管理，對人員、機械、設備等進行統一管理指揮和調配。
  計劃元月15日前管理人員全部到位，施工人員也全部到位。具體進場人員如下：

         施工組織一臺樁機安排機長3名、普工約4名。施工中可以根據工程實際進展情況考慮輔助力工若干名。

Second, construction organization
