一、 概述
新村大橋T梁長度為30m，預應力張拉采用標準號ASTM A416-98，270級，公稱直徑15.24mm，標準強度1860MPa的低松弛預應力鋼絞線做為預應力鋼束，鋼絞線松弛率為1.15%，錨具為15-6，15-5，15-3型群錨體系，采用波紋管預埋制孔。
二、 預應力鋼絞線制作
（1） 鋼絞線的運輸及保管
預應力鋼絞線在運輸中或現場使用，應避免造成局部彎曲和折傷，不得拋扔或拖卷材。
現場保管時，下面應墊上石子或方木，上面覆蓋雨布防腐蝕。
（2） 鋼絞線開盤
