箱梁施工作業指導書
針對當前我后張箱梁即將開工之即的各種施工情況，為了控制梁體在預制前后，內在、外在質量能夠達到業主的高標準要求。現對箱梁施工隊伍技術負責人員就各具體施工環節作如下的作業指導：
一、指導范圍
該作業指導書包括后張法20m箱梁的施工、吊運及存放。
二、相關的技術規范
（1）XX高速公路《兩階段施工圖設計》
（2）《公路工程國內招標文件范本》
（3）GB1489-98《鋼筋砼及熱軋帶肋鋼筋》
（4）GB13013-91《鋼筋砼及熱軋光圓鋼筋》
（5）JTJ041-2000《公路橋涵施工技術規程》
三、各階段指導內容
1、非預應力鋼筋的制做、成型、綁扎
（1）與圖核對成品鋼筋的鋼號、直徑、形狀、規格尺寸和數量是否正確無誤，如有遺漏，應及時糾正、增補，并及時與現場技術負責人取得溝通后方可開始制作。
(2）鋼筋的制做為使其在加工成型后滿足規范，應針對圖紙設計型號、類別分專人專項加工制作。制作時:
a、鋼筋的表面應潔凈，使用前應將表面油漬、漆皮、鱗銹等清除干凈。
b、鋼筋應平直，無局部彎折，成盤的鋼筋
