先張法預應力板梁施工作業指導書
一、工程概況
睢寧二標段落內共有先張法預應力板梁1686片，集中在K57+429.00處構件廠預制。板梁為上部主要承力結構，其預制安裝為全橋的關鍵工序。省、市高指、監理單位及我們施工單位較為重視。為確保預應力板梁百分之百合格，必須建立健全質量保證體系，制定切合實際，符合規范要求的方案加強現場管理，落實各項技術保障措施。
二、總體要求
1、鋼筋加工，綁扎、焊接符合設計要求。
2、鋼絞線的存放、安置、張拉均符合規范要求。
3、梁板外露面光潔平整，砼強度符合設計要求。
4、梁板的長度、斷面尺寸及拱度值符合設計及《公路工程質量平定標準》。
5、梁板的運輸、堆放應符合力學規律，安裝情況應符合安全操作規程及質量評定標準。
三、施工流程
