挖孔抗滑樁施工
抗滑樁是一種靠樁周土體對(duì)樁的嵌制來穩(wěn)定土體,減少滑體推擠力并傳遞部份土推擠力的工程建筑物,對(duì)于非塑性滑坡十分有效,特別是由于兩種巖層夾有薄層塑性滑層時(shí)效果明顯,對(duì)于塑性滑坡,效果較差,尤其對(duì)呈塑流狀滑坡體時(shí),不宜使用。
1.施工方法
1.1施工中穩(wěn)定滑坡的措施
1.1.1清順滑體坡面,鏟除陡坡,陡坎壁,填塞裂縫。如有可能,可根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)需要,先在滑體范圍內(nèi)處,分別漿砌圈形截水溝減少地表水下滲。
1.1.2在抗滑樁施工范圍,應(yīng)大致整平地面,靠山一側(cè)刷出寬度不小于2m的平臺(tái),另一側(cè)如系棄碴或松散滑體,即應(yīng)填平夯實(shí),避免對(duì)樁產(chǎn)生側(cè)壓。
1.1.3樁孔開挖,應(yīng)視下滑力的大小,滑體的土石結(jié)構(gòu)、破壞程度及地下水等不同情況,采用全面同時(shí)開挖或跳躍式間隔開挖。
1.1.4根據(jù)地質(zhì)條件,護(hù)壁可采用砼、鋼筋砼、木質(zhì)和噴護(hù)等方法;如地質(zhì)條件許可,且開挖不深,能確保施工安全,可不支護(hù),一俟挖至設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高,符合樁基已置于較好的基巖上,井孔垂直且不小于設(shè)計(jì)尺寸和已達(dá)最低一層滑動(dòng)面下5m以上時(shí),立即綁扎鋼筋(或下預(yù)制鋼筋籠),灌注樁身砼,不容拖延時(shí)間。
1.1.5樁孔扎口10m,內(nèi)不存放大堆材料,棄碴亦應(yīng)在30m以外,產(chǎn)生震動(dòng)大的機(jī)械應(yīng)設(shè)在50m以外。
1.2樁身開挖的準(zhǔn)備工作
1.2.1現(xiàn)場(chǎng)核對(duì)設(shè)計(jì),按設(shè)計(jì)測(cè)定樁位,進(jìn)行施工放樣。放樣時(shí)要根據(jù)工地具體情況和施工可能發(fā)生的誤差,每邊較設(shè)計(jì)尺寸略大一些(一般為5cm)。然后整平孔口場(chǎng)地。
1.2.2在井口上豎井架或搖頭扒桿出碴、進(jìn)料、起吊高度應(yīng)高出井口3m以上,搭設(shè)臨時(shí)風(fēng)雨棚,做好井口排水溝。為了施工人身安全,井口設(shè)欄桿(薄殼支護(hù)高出地面者可不設(shè))及供起吊人員裝卸料用的腳踏板和井口開關(guān)門。
1.2.3備置起吊用蘿筐或特制的活底箱、桶及0.5t卷
