1、主題內容及適用范圍  
本作業指導書對水利水電工程中土方碾壓填筑的施工工藝進行了規范。適用于土壩，堤防等碾壓土方填筑工程施工。
2、 引用標準
SDJ213-83   《碾壓式土石壩施工技術規范》
SL260-98    《堤防工程施工規范》
SL38-92     《水利水電基本建設工程單元工程質量等級評定標準（七）》
SL239-1999  《堤防工程施工質量評定與驗收規程》
3 、施工準備
3.1對合同及設計文件進行深入具體條件編好施工組織設計。
3.2做好各項技術準備，并做好“四通一平”臨建工程，各種設備和器材的準備工作。導流及引排水工程已完成。
3.3測量放樣工作已驗收合格，對主要測點已埋設牢固的標架、基石、壩（堤）身放樣已按設計預留沉降量。
3.4對土料場進行現場核查，貯量應大于需用量的1.5-2.5倍。土質及天然含水量符合設計要求。
3.5施式機械、試驗設備到位，已做防滲體土料碾壓試驗，基礎清理已完成并經過驗收。
4 、施工操作要求

3, construction preparation
