二、土方回填前的準備
1、回填料的確定
本工程回填料主要利用本工程開挖料,工程師認為不合格的填筑料一律不得使用。
2、標準擊實試驗
土方回填料確定后,項目部質檢員、抽樣員邀請監理工程師共同在回填料場進行取樣,抽取的土樣應具有代表性,各個土層和性狀的土都應包括。土樣抽取后送工地實驗室做標準擊實試驗,確定最優含水率下的最大干密度。通過實驗作出土方回填料的最優含水率為16.8%,最大干密度為1.71g/cm3。根據合同技術條款回填土壓實度D≥90%的要求,確定出施工中控制的最小干密度為1.71g/cm3×90%=1.54g/cm3,再查“含水量與干密度曲線圖”確定合格干密度下的含水率區間為11%-24%。
3、現場碾壓試驗
標準擊實試驗完成后,即在施工現場安排碾壓試驗,碾壓試驗的目的:(1)、核查土料壓實后是否能夠達到設計壓實干密度值;(2)、核查壓實機具的性能是否滿足施工要求;(3)、選定合理的
