土方工程試驗(yàn)段(K31+945~K32+189.6)
施 工 方 案
一、 簡(jiǎn)述
第五標(biāo)路基土方工程試驗(yàn)段,經(jīng)項(xiàng)目部現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)地考查后,選擇在二工區(qū)K32+189.6~~K32+485段進(jìn)行,該段靠近3#取土坑,,可以就近取土。
施工流程安排
原地面高程復(fù)測(cè) 路基、取土坑清表 填前壓實(shí) 土料開采、運(yùn)輸、填筑、壓實(shí) 總結(jié)施工參數(shù) 報(bào)監(jiān)理工程師批準(zhǔn)后作為土方填筑施工的控制依據(jù)。
二、 具體施工組織
1、原地面高程復(fù)測(cè)
對(duì)業(yè)主、監(jiān)理提供導(dǎo)線控制點(diǎn)和高程基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn),使用全站儀和自動(dòng)安平水準(zhǔn)儀進(jìn)行聯(lián)測(cè),按JTJ061-99等相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范的測(cè)理精度要求,校核各導(dǎo)線點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)和水準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)的高程,若復(fù)測(cè)誤差不符合精度要求時(shí),報(bào)業(yè)主、監(jiān)理進(jìn)行補(bǔ)測(cè),重新校核合格后,方可作為恢復(fù)定線測(cè)量的依據(jù)。
利用校核合格并經(jīng)監(jiān)理批準(zhǔn)使用的控制點(diǎn),采用全站儀極坐標(biāo)法恢復(fù)路基中線,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙民尺寸及施工規(guī)范要求,放出路基中線。之后復(fù)測(cè)原地面高程并報(bào)監(jiān)理工程師復(fù)核。
2、清表
監(jiān)理工程師復(fù)核原地面高程之后進(jìn)行清表工作。
清表深度20-30cm,將上層表土(雜草、淤泥及作物根系)推至路基右側(cè)攤平,將下層表土作為路基左側(cè)段便道利用

2, clear the table

Clear the table depth of 20-30cm, the upper surface (grass, mud and plant roots) to promote the right to share the subgrade level, will be the lower left section of the topsoil as roadbed pavement use
