通滸路雨污水管施工方案
一、 設(shè)計(jì)概況
本工程為蘇州新區(qū)通滸路一期工程,全長(zhǎng)2705.4米。
本工程排水體制為雨污水分流制。
根據(jù)蘇州新區(qū)北片污水方案,通滸路一期:建林路以西的污水管由西向東鋪設(shè),管徑d800、d1000、途中以過(guò)河管、倒虹管形式過(guò)河,建林路以東的污水管由東往系西鋪設(shè),管徑d600:兩路污水管匯合后往南鋪設(shè)d1200管,沉管過(guò)滸光河,進(jìn)建林路污水管泵站,本工程到河北岸為止。污水管位于道路北側(cè)公交車道下,管中心距道路中心線16.5米、20米,沿途預(yù)留DN400、d 600、d800的污水支管。
W3-W4,W12-W15的污水干管及d600、d800污水支管、d1200污水橫穿管位于亞粘土夾亞砂土層,管道埋設(shè)較深,須采用井點(diǎn)降水。
為確保位于砂土地基的污水管道質(zhì)量對(duì)W30-W32、W33-W45 d1000污水干管及d1200污水干管進(jìn)行壓密注漿。
雨水管按照就近入河的原則,分別排入路南側(cè)滸光河及9+581處的小河內(nèi)。雨水管二根,分別位于道路南北兩側(cè)公交車道下,管中心距人行道側(cè)石1.5米,雨水管管徑為DN400、d600、d800 、 d1000 d1200,沿途預(yù)留DN400、d 600、d1000雨水支管。
