通道、涵洞和圓管涵施工方案
一、 工程概況:略
二、 施工準備:
(1)、清除雜物,整理場地;(2)、清查安裝主要的施工機具;(3)、安裝好施工現(xiàn)場水電供應設(shè)施;(4)、合理組織施工,做到責任明確,分工合理;(5)、準備足夠的施工所需用的材料。
三、 施工方案:
(一)、通道及鋼筋砼蓋板涵:
1)、施工放樣。仔細對施工圖紙進行復查,領(lǐng)會設(shè)計意圖。根據(jù)圖紙確定的構(gòu)造物的位置和標高,準確計算結(jié)構(gòu)物中樁坐標和軸線方向,然后根據(jù)計算的具體位置進行施工放樣,為便于開挖后的檢查校核,基礎(chǔ)軸線控制樁應延長至基坑處加以固定。放樣完成后,根據(jù)基礎(chǔ)的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸放出結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)的邊線,申請駐地監(jiān)理工程師復查,得到確認之后,方可進行基坑開挖。
2)、基坑開挖。
A、 根據(jù)現(xiàn)場施工設(shè)備條件和施工環(huán)境,基礎(chǔ)開挖采用挖掘機開挖,人工配全修理;開挖時派出專門的測量人員及時測出其基底高程,防止超挖現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。對于有地下水的區(qū)域,基礎(chǔ)開挖時在基坑四周挖集水溝,以保持良好的排水,確保在挖方的
