一.工程目的:
本工程是為了配合咸陽(yáng)路污水處理廠工程—咸陽(yáng)路泵站的建設(shè)而修建的長(zhǎng)江道(咸陽(yáng)路—向陽(yáng)路段)污水連通管工程。
二.工程概況:
自咸陽(yáng)路沿長(zhǎng)江道由東向西鋪設(shè)d1600污水管至向陽(yáng)路,管道全長(zhǎng)540米。依據(jù)天津市規(guī)劃局批復(fù)的《咸陽(yáng)路—密云路泵站連通管工程污水管道路徑規(guī)劃》,d1600污水管道位于長(zhǎng)江道規(guī)劃路中心線以北2米處。
三.工程量:
1、鋪設(shè):
d1600鋼筋混凝土承插口管 520米
d1650頂管 20米
2、砌筑:
戊型檢查井 12座
四.施工準(zhǔn)備工作:
1. 調(diào)查、收集資料
(1) 實(shí)地勘察工程施工作業(yè)區(qū)的地質(zhì)情況是否有對(duì)施工不利的流砂、軟基的因素,以便施工前作好準(zhǔn)備工作。
(2) 實(shí)地勘察工程施工作業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)影響施工的各種地上、地下障礙,地上未拆遷的電桿、通訊桿的位置,地下自來(lái)水、排水、煤氣、電力、通訊等障礙的位置,以便施工前及時(shí)做出工程變更及各種處理方案。
(3) 收集有關(guān)的地質(zhì)資料、技術(shù)資料以及施工期間歷年的氣象資料等。
2.外部協(xié)作工作
(1) 嚴(yán)格履行合同、協(xié)議中制定的條款,對(duì)于執(zhí)行合同、協(xié)議所遇到的問(wèn)題應(yīng)及時(shí)與建設(shè)單位聯(lián)系解決。
(2) 配合顧客、監(jiān)理、設(shè)計(jì)單位聯(lián)系有關(guān)障礙物的拆遷、遷移、切改等工作。
(3) 技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備工作
首先應(yīng)熟悉工程設(shè)計(jì)圖并理解設(shè)計(jì)人的構(gòu)思,然后應(yīng)對(duì)圖紙作如下審核:圖紙有無(wú)缺漏錯(cuò)誤、設(shè)計(jì)圖的圖號(hào)

4. Construction preparation work:
1. Surveys to collect information

2. External collaborative work
