水泥穩定碎石層施工方案

一、工程概況
    本合同段土方路基段基層是采用16CM厚的水泥穩定碎石層。雙幅主車道，各8米寬，中間由8米寬綠化分隔帶分隔開。水泥穩定碎石層七天無側限抗壓強度為3.5MPa,壓實度為98%。
水泥穩定碎石層的一般要求：
（1） 城市道路的快速路和主干道的水泥穩定級配碎石混合料應采用廠拌法進行拌和。并用攤鋪機攤鋪混合料。
（2） 水泥穩定級配碎石做基層施工時水泥及混合料必須合格，粒料級配符合要求，配合比、混合料拌和均勻。鋪筑后的高程、厚度、橫坡、壓實度各項質量指標符合規定要求。
（3） 水泥穩定級配碎石做基層時，水泥劑量不宜超過6%.壓實厚度不應超過20cm。
（4） 在雨季施工水泥穩定級配碎石基層時，應特別注意氣候變化，勿使水泥和混合料受雨淋。降雨時應立即停工，已經攤鋪的水泥碎石混合應盡快碾壓密實。并做好下承層的排水工作。
（5） 水泥穩定級配碎石基層宜在春末和氣溫較高季節組織施工。施工期的日最低氣溫應在50C以上，在有冰凍的地區，并應第1次冰凍（-3~-50C）到來之類前半個月到一個月完成。
（6） 施工中盡可能縮短拌和內加水拌和到碾壓終了的延遲時間不應超過2小時。
（7） 灑水養生不宜少于7天基層表面始終保持濕潤。
材料要求：
 1． 水泥
（1） 普通硅酸鹽水泥、礦渣硅酸鹽水泥火山灰水泥都可以用于穩定級配碎石，但應選用初凝時間較長以及受潮變質水泥不應使用。宜用標號325水泥。
（2） 水泥應符合規定的技術標準。
2、碎石

(5) cement stabilized macadam base should the higher temperatures in late spring and the season of construction. Construction of the daily minimum temperature should be 50C or more, in a frozen area, and should be 1st frozen (-3 ~-50C) to the arrival of the first half like a month to complete.
(6), shortened as much as possible the construction of mixing water within the compacted mixture to the end of the delay should not exceed 2 hours.
(7) sprinkler health should not be less than seven days the surface is always moist grass-roots level.
Material requirements:
 1. Cement
(1) ordinary portland cement, pozzolanic cement slag cement can be used to stabilized gravel, but should use a longer initial setting time and moisture deterioration of cement should not be used. Cement grade 325 is preferred.
(2) Cement shall meet the required technical standards.
