第一卷 水泥砼路面機械攤鋪
    1特點
    1．1本工法采用螺旋布料器布料、多根振動棒振動密實、振搗器上下振搗壓入粗骨料、成型模板擠壓成型和抹光等工序，確保了水泥混凝土路面密度，特別是路面的平整度有了明顯的提高，能滿足高等級道路、機場飛行區等工程的高標準質量要求。
    1．2攤鋪施工過程全部自動化，采用電動液壓控制系統、傳感器控制轉向和升降，它集水泥混凝土的布料、攤鋪、密實、成型和抹光等功能，使水泥混凝土路面一次成型。并且還能適應不同寬度（3．66～9．75m）和不同厚度（最大厚度可達48．3cm）的水泥混凝土路面施工要求，攤鋪速度根據混凝土的供料速度而定。
    1．3在攤鋪過程中，輔以人工配合，能按設計要求在水泥混凝土路面中間或兩側邊自動打入鋼筋傳力桿。
    2適用范圍
    適用于水泥混凝土類的高等級公路、城市道路、機場飛行區、集裝箱堆場和廣場地坪等工程。
    3工藝原理
    水泥混凝土路面滑模式攤鋪機工藝原理如下圖所示：
 
通過螺旋布料器（包括二次布料器）均勻布料，振動棒和振搗器的振實，經滑模板滑出成型，最后由抹光板搓柔整修表面。
    4施工工藝
在驗收合格的基層或對基層進行整修合格后，進行攤鋪基準
