水泥混凝土滑模施工方案
一、滑模攤鋪施工的機械設備
根據(jù)招標文件和高速公路施工的要求，采用美國CMI6004水泥混凝土滑模式攤鋪機進行滑模攤鋪砼路面施工。CMI  SF6004滑模式攤鋪機屬于目前較先進的水泥路面施工機械，作業(yè)速度快，作業(yè)效率高，可以完成大工程量的路面施工任務，而且能充分保證質量。

               發(fā)動機功率：317KW
               標準攤鋪寬度：3.7-7.5M
               可選擇攤鋪寬度：3.7-13.4M
               攤鋪厚度：0-457MM
               攤鋪速度：0-9M/MIN
               行走速度：0-19M/MIN
               質量：49440KG
美國CIM滑模式水泥混凝土攤鋪機，主要由發(fā)動機、液壓動力、主機架、驅動履帶、螺旋布料器、虛方控制板、液壓振搗器、搗實板、成型模板、邊模、路拱系統(tǒng)、浮動抹光板、液壓控制系統(tǒng)及操作儀表等部分組成。
發(fā)動機：采用卡特匹勒系列柴油發(fā)動機DITA提供動力源；
液壓動力：由發(fā)動機驅液壓油泵系統(tǒng)，包括：螺旋布料器驅動泵、串列液壓振搗器泵、壓力補償驅動泵、單級液壓控制系統(tǒng)。
主機架：可伸縮液壓深入分斷機架，保證基本攤鋪寬度，配置的標準延伸件，可保證增加寬度；
驅動履帶：四履帶驅動系統(tǒng)；
螺旋布料器：法蘭連接，可任意組合寬度，大直徑中間

U.S. CIM slip form concrete paver, mainly by the engine, hydraulic power, main frame, driving track, spiral fabric devices, virtual side panels, hydraulic vibrators, tamping plate, forming the template, side mode, road humps system, floating trowel plate, hydraulic control system and operation of instruments and other components.
Engine: Le match with Carter DITA diesel engine series to power source;
Hydraulic power: from the engine driven hydraulic pump system, including: spiral fabric pump drives, hydraulic vibrators serial pump, pressure compensated drive pumps, single stage hydraulic control system.
Main frame: retractable hydraulic depth breaking rack, ensure basic paving width, configuration of standard extension piece, can guarantee an increase in width;
Driving Track: 4 Track Drive System;
Spiral fabric device: flange connection can be any combination of the width of the intermediate large diameter
