石拱橋工程施工方案、方法

根據本標段的特點，我公司擬采用下列施工方案
A、下部構造
本標段橋梁的基礎及墩臺均為大體積的漿砌實體，必須嚴格遵照規范施工，還特別需注意里層漿砌分層應與外層一致，填縫密實。
施工采用人工配合挖掘機開挖基坑，開挖至設計標高后，經排水、整平、壓實、地基承載力檢驗合格，方能進行砌筑。
基礎的施工工藝流程為：測量放樣→開挖基坑→驗收→放樣→漿砌→養生→驗收
墩臺的施工工藝流程為：測量放樣→漿砌→養生→驗收→澆筑臺帽
基礎、墩臺身施工完畢后，馬上回填進行臺背處理，以利下一步施工。
B、上部構造
本標段橋梁的上部構造型式多樣，我公司根據不同的型式采用不同的施工工藝。
漿砌塊石拱圈
首先搭設滿堂式支架，鋪鋼底模�？鐝叫∮�25m的，分段砌筑，先砌拱腳段
和拱頂段，后砌1/4跨徑段，兩半跨同時對稱進行；跨徑大于25m時，采用分環分段相結合的方法砌筑，且對拱架施加同等預壓力。在砌筑過程中對拱盔進行監控，如發生變形，及時調整。
封拱合龍在15~20℃時進行。
拱上結構在拱圈強度達到設計標號的70％后，由拱腳至拱頂對稱、均衡砌筑。

B, superstructure
The tenders bridge superstructure types varied, depending on the type of company, different construction processes.
Mortar stone arch ring
