砂樁施工
A． 施工方法
a.   恢復中線，放出路段的邊線樁，清理平整作業現場。做好排水系統，保證路基內的水被擠出后能迅速的排出路基。
b. 測繪布設樁位平面圖，準確放出樁位并編號。
c.   將裝有振動器的多功能打樁架在孔位就位，將裝有樁尖的鋼管對準孔位定位。
d. 起動振動器，使鋼管下沉到要求深度后上拔0.5—1.0m，清除樁尖真空吸力，并張開活瓣。
e.   提起振動器和樁帽，從鋼管上口交替入水、砂，同時徐徐提管敲擊，使砂加速下落，并不斷投料使之形成樁柱。
f.   灌砂數量和提管速度要緊密配合，通過計算確定每分鐘灌砂數量和提管高度，保證砂樁連續、密實。
g. 移動樁機，平整砂樁頂地面，鋪筑砂墊層。

B． 工藝流程框圖

主要機械設備：沉管機，發電機，自卸汽車，裝載機。

①施工機具：采用振動打樁機，下部裝活辨鋼樁靴的樁管成樁。
②施工工藝：
整平原地面→機具定位→加料壓密→拔管→機具移位。
Sand Pile
A. Construction Method
