一、 工程概述
1.1工程位置
本工程位于大亞灣西區西Ａ路與西三大道交接處西邊。
1.2項目概況
本工程為大亞灣經濟技術開發區招商項目的基礎設施建設，工程造價約為1500萬元，工期為30日歷天。如果因本工程拖延工期而影響開發商交地，將嚴重影響大亞灣經濟技術開發區的聲譽。
1.3施工場地周圍環境
工程地點附近有一條永久市政道路直通淤泥棄土場，場平區域內另有一條便道可通至永久市政道路。周圍樹木較多，人煙稀少。棄土場為本工程指定多余土方棄填區域，該區域為待開發土地，有較大的水塘需要回填，多余土方外運至指定棄土場時，運距1公里，淤泥外運至指定棄土場時，運距2.5公里。
1.4工程地質
場平區域內有成片的苗木和少量建筑物及其他附著物，需進行清理，東北向的紅線位置有一個池塘，需進行排水及淤泥清運。根據業主提供的工程量清單，其中三類土有1418396.27m3，土質主要為亞粘土、砂質粘土；石方有90535.93m3，淤泥、流沙有17000m3。
1.5工程范圍及規模
本工程總挖方量約為152萬m3，總填方量約為9萬m3，外運棄土約為143萬m3，場平面積約為31萬m2。
1.6工程的主要特點
（1） 本工程開挖、回填土石方量巨大，工期相當緊。
（2） 土石方主要為棄方，達143萬m3；石方有90535.93m3，需自行baopo，baopo前需征得相關部門的允許，辦理baopo許可證才可作業。同時，必須遵守baopo安全規程。
（3） 土石方有填方量約為9萬m3，壓實度要求達到90%，土料含水量和碾壓質量要嚴格控制。
