路基壓實是保證路基質量的重要環節,路堤、路塹和路堤基底均應進行壓實。
一、土質路基的壓實
填土路堤壓實施工工序流程如下圖所示。
1.鋪筑試驗路段確定路基壓實的最佳方案
影響路基壓實的主要因素有土的力學性質和壓實功能、土的含水量、鋪層厚度、土的級配以及底層的強度和壓實度。路基碾壓時,并不是這些因素獨立起作用,而是這些因素共同起作用。因此高速公路進行路基施工時,應用不同的施工方案做試驗路段,從中選出路基壓實的最佳方案。
鋪筑試驗段需制訂試驗方案,其目的是在給定壓路機的情況下,找出達到壓實標準的最經濟的鋪層厚度和碾壓次數。確切地說,就是尋求鋪層厚度與碾壓次數之比的極大值。試驗路段位置應選擇在地質條件、斷面形式均具有代表性的地段,路段長度不宜小于100cm。具體實施可以按以下步驟進行。
(1)取代表性土樣做重型擊實試驗,確定土的最佳含水量ω和最大干密度ρdmax,并繪制干密度與含水量的關系曲線。
(2)根據土的干密度與含水量關系曲線控制土的含水量ω。
(3)確定鋪層厚度和碾壓遍數。一般可根據壓路機械的功能及土質情況確定鋪層厚度,高速公路一般應按松鋪厚度30cm進行試驗,以確
