瀝青砼中面層施工方案
一、計劃安排
根據試驗段總結的施工工藝,按照業主經理部、總監辦、駐地辦的要求,我項目部瀝青砼中面層大面積施工用的工、料、機組成已協調一致,具備開工條件,計劃()年()月()日進行施工。
二、要求
我項目部將嚴格按照試驗段所總結的施工工藝(包括原材料質量控制、下承層的清掃、瀝青混合料的拌合、運輸、攤鋪、碾壓、養護等工藝)指導施工。在以后大面積施工中,我們將不斷總結經驗、不斷完善工藝,以保證瀝青砼中面層的施工質量。
三、配合比組成設計
1、1#拌和機生產配合比
①生產配合比組成為:
1#熱料倉:2#熱料倉:3#熱料倉:4#熱料倉:礦粉
=17 :39 :10 :30 :4
②最佳油石比選定為:4.2%
2、2#拌和機生產配合比
①生產配合比組成為:
1#熱料倉:2#熱料倉:3#熱料倉:4#熱料倉:礦粉
=25 :30 :7 :33 :5
②最佳油石比選定為:4.2%
四、管理機構及人員、機械、試驗儀器配備

五、施工工藝
一)工藝流程
Surface layer of asphalt concrete in the construction plan
1, schedule
According to the test summary section of the construction process, in accordance with the owner manager of the Department, Director, Office of the Resident Office's request, I project in the Department of asphalt concrete surface with a large construction work, material, machine component has coordinated, with start conditions, planning ( ) year () month () day construction.
Second, demands
I project department will be in strict accordance with test section of the summary of construction technology (including raw materials, quality control, the next layer of cleaning contractors, asphalt mixture mixing, transport, paving, rolling and curing process) and construction. Construction of large area in the future, we will continue to sum up experience and improve the process to ensure that surface layer of asphalt concrete in construction quality.
Third, the composition of the design mix
