老巖溝大橋上部結構施工組織設計方案

一， 工程概述
（一） 構造形成：
     本橋跨越一深溝槽，橋梁的起訖點號K104+934.98~K105+074.02，橋梁中心樁號為K105+030.00，交角為90°，全長139.04M。
本橋位于直線段內，橋面縱坡-3%，橋面橫坡為-2%，無超高。                     
  1，上部構造：
本橋上部構造采用4-30M預應力鋼筋混凝土T梁，預應力混凝土強度等級為C50，全橋共分4孔。橋面寬度：2X（凈11.00+2X0.5）米。預應力T梁預制梁長為29.9米，預制梁高為1.8米，橫斷面上布置為12片，全橋共有48片。橋面鋪裝采用10cm厚的C30防水混凝土和9cm厚的瀝青混凝土，共厚19cm，在瀝青混凝土鋪裝之前，應在水泥混凝土鋪裝上均勻撒布FTY-I型防水劑。本橋4孔一聯，除兩橋臺設置滑板球冠支座，其余均設置普通球冠支座；墩頂設置橋面連續，兩橋臺處設置仿毛勒80型伸縮縫。
2，下部構造：
下部結構采用柱式墩，墩高20.323m~27.457m（左幅，右幅）。墩帽及擋塊為現澆C30混凝土；墩柱為現澆C30混凝土；系梁為C30混凝土；擴大基礎為C25混凝土；臺帽及擋塊為現澆C30混凝土；臺后設置8米長橋頭搭扳，C15片石混凝土基礎，臺
