高速公路底基層施工組織方案
一、 工程概況
（一）項目位置及設計標準
揭普高速公路第十六合同段為全線路面工程標，起于揭陽市錫場鎮與新亨鎮交界處的華清村西北側，終于普寧市池尾的松柏領，樁號為K0+000～K45+222.13，全長45.222Km。
本合同段路面工程由廣東省公路勘察設計院設計，主線為雙向四車道瀝青砼路面，路基寬度為26m。其中主線行車道面層采用熱拌瀝青砼，厚度為15cm，對于填方段干燥、中濕地基路段基層為36cm厚水泥穩定碎石，底基層為20cm厚水泥穩定粒料，潮濕地基路段另增15cm厚的未篩分碎石墊層。對于巖石挖方路段基層采用18cm厚水泥穩定碎石，下設15cm調平層。互通式立交匝道的面層及底基層與主線行車道相同，分別為10cm厚熱拌瀝青砼和20cm厚水泥穩定粒料，基層為32cm厚水泥穩定碎石，當匝道處于潮濕地段時，增設15cm厚的未篩分碎石墊層。互通式立交收費站及平交口采用27cm厚水泥砼，基層為20cm厚水泥穩定碎石，底基層為15cm厚水泥穩定粒料，并設15cm厚的未篩分碎石墊層。全線水泥穩定粒料底基層總量為：15cm厚的43460cm2、20cm厚的808428cm2 ，一階段數量為：442409m2本標段工程建設標準及主要工程如下表：

Interchange ramp surface and sub-base and the main line of the same lane were 10cm thick concrete and asphalt thickness 20cm cement stabilized gravel, grass-roots to 32cm thick cement stabilized crushed stone, when the ramp is wet sites, the addition of 15cm thick hardcore no screening. Interchange toll stations and intersections with 27cm thick cement concrete, grass-roots to 20cm thick cement stabilized crushed stone, 15cm thick concrete sub-base for the stability of aggregates, and 15cm thick, is not based screening gravel cushion.
