預應力混凝土先張法空心板梁施工技術方案
一、工程概況
HN-E2標段起點位于鎮江市丹陽互通式立交東側，樁號為EKl82+000，沿途經過丹陽市開發區、練湖農場、河陽鎮，終點樁號為EK196+180，全長14.18km。本標段有特大橋1座（京杭運河特大橋），中橋1座，涵洞34道，通道21道，分離式立交橋11座（其中支線上跨橋5座），互通式立交橋2座；路基土石方挖方383335立方，填方726444立方，濕噴樁軟基處理長度為308717.9延米，預應力薄壁管樁27307.5延米。
二、工程規模
本標段采用了L=10m、L=16m和L=20m三種跨徑的預應力砼先張法空心板，L=10m跨徑的預制梁高為0.4m； L=16m跨徑的預制梁高為0.7m； L=20m跨徑的預制梁高為0.85m。L=10m的梁共有64片，L=16m的梁共有16片，L=20m的梁共有64片。

HN-E2 is located in Zhenjiang City, Danyang Lot from interchange east of Stake to EKl82 +000, Danyang Development Zone, along the way through, training Lake Farm, River Township, end Stake for the EK196 +180, full 14.18km . The tenders are Bridge 1 (Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Bridge), in a bridge, culvert 34, channel 21, separated overpass 11 (where the branch line across the bridge 5), 2 Interchanges; Foundation 383,335 cubic meters of earth excavation, fill 726,444 cubic meters, wet spray Soft pile length 308,717.9 running meters, prestressed thin-walled pipe 27,307.5 running meters.
