摘要:介紹杭州市上塘高架延伸線01標運河橋工程的懸臂澆筑施工。

一、 工程概況
上塘路延伸線是銜接上塘路與杭寧高速公路的接線工程，本工程跨越運河上部結構為72+120+72m的連續剛構橋，縱坡1%，橫斷面為單箱單室大挑臂結構，主墩處梁高6.8m，跨中與邊墩處梁高2.5m，梁高與底板高度按二次拋物線變化。箱梁頂寬18.62m、底寬10m、挑臂4.31m、頂板厚30cm、底板厚按30～100cm變化、腹板厚60cm。
主墩采用雙薄壁墩，基礎為φ180cm鉆孔樁，承臺尺寸17.3×8.6×3.5m。在120m的1/2長度內共分14個節段，其中0號節段長8.5m，1~2號節段長3.0m，3~7號節段長3.5m，8~14號節段
