涵 洞 施 工 方 案
一、 施工方法
a. 根據設計文件和監理工程師提供的測設資料,測出小橋涵洞的平面位置和高程,并測出控制點。
b. 大開挖基坑,基礎地質承載能力不能滿足設計要求時,進行基底處理,基底為巖石時,開炸出平臺或臺階。
c. 基礎工程施工,采用大塊石塊,使石塊的平面向下,注意砌體的密實。
d. 臺墻施工,基礎完工后進行檢測,合格后放臺墻樣進行砌筑。拱橋、拱涵臺墻砌筑時,注意拱腳石的選料和砌筑,并使幾何尺寸完全符合設計的要求。
e. 拱橋、拱涵的拱圈砌筑,選擇石料時要完全符合技術的要求,在砌筑時,從兩側向中間推砌,最后擠砌拱頂。
f. 板涵的蓋板施工,完全采用現澆板,施工時注意砼的配合比計量。
