戴家高架橋T梁預制施工方案

一、 工程概況：
   白沙關——婺源高速公路C7標段由黑龍江農墾建工路橋有限公司負責承建。工程位置在K27+500——K32+900，本標段路線全長5.4km。其中戴家高架橋中心樁號為K27+714，起點樁號為K27+530.5，終點樁號為K27+897.5，大橋全長367m，寬26m，橫斷面組成為0.5+11.5+0.5+1.0+0.5+11.5+0.5，河床至橋面高達36m。該橋上部結構為40m預應力鋼筋混凝土T型梁，先簡支后連續。全橋計9孔，分二聯，四孔一聯，五孔一聯，計108片梁。下部結構鉆孔樁基礎，圓柱式墩，肋板橋臺。全橋44根樁基，其中Φ2.5m12根，Φ2.2m20根，Φ1.6m12根，圓柱32根，蓋梁8個。
