C7標(biāo)預(yù)應(yīng)力梁張拉施工方案

根據(jù)項(xiàng)目辦和高駐辦要求，以及規(guī)范規(guī)定。依據(jù)景婺黃（常）C7合同段主合同、設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及相應(yīng)的施工技術(shù)規(guī)范，我經(jīng)理部在項(xiàng)目總體施工組織設(shè)計(jì)方案的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步認(rèn)真分析，細(xì)化，編制了此預(yù)應(yīng)力梁片張拉專項(xiàng)施工方案。
一、預(yù)制場(chǎng)的分布及其任務(wù)的劃分
本標(biāo)段有大中小橋6座，其中主線5座，連接線1座。設(shè)置預(yù)制場(chǎng)3個(gè)，第一預(yù)制場(chǎng)設(shè)置在戴家高架橋橋頭主線路基上，該場(chǎng)主要負(fù)責(zé)戴家高架橋40m T梁的預(yù)制；第二預(yù)制場(chǎng)設(shè)置在許村中橋與許村分離中間的主線路基上，該場(chǎng)主要負(fù)責(zé)許村中橋與許村分離立交橋20m空心板梁的預(yù)制；第三預(yù)制場(chǎng)設(shè)置在婺源互通橋頭，該場(chǎng)主要負(fù)責(zé)董家中橋、婺源互通、張村坳中橋20m、16m空心板梁的預(yù)制。
二、預(yù)應(yīng)力梁片的張拉準(zhǔn)備
預(yù)應(yīng)力梁的張拉是預(yù)制梁施工工藝流程中最為關(guān)鍵的施工工序，其工序的有效控制，是確保梁片質(zhì)量的關(guān)
