一、工程概況

本標段粉噴樁處理軟土地基工程，位于0號橋臺橋頭以北，黃河大堤內側，具體樁號為k004+630-k004+652，地質資料表明，其地下水位較高，原地表土濕軟，層厚4.5-6.8米，屬黃色、灰黃色夾灰色，軟塑狀低液限粘土價低液限粉土，經計算該路段工后沉降量大于10cm，因此需要對地基作特殊處理，設計采用粉噴樁對軟土地基進行處理，以增強地基強度。      
本標段粉噴樁設計樁長為10米，設計樁徑φ500mm，樁間距為1.4米，平面上呈正三角形布置，固化劑采用P.o32.5水泥，設計摻入量55kg/m，設計標準強度大于2.0MPa。粉噴樁共計911根，總長9110米。
