baopo作業指導書

一、 基本規定
1.1.1. baopo工作人員，必須身體健康，按《培訓程序》實施培訓，通過考試合格，取得《baopo員作業證》、《監炮員作業證》、《運輸作業證》并定期參加受檢培訓，方可從事baopo作業。
1.1.2. 所有baopo器材必須符合國家標準或部頒標準。
1.1.3. 對baopo器材的申購運輸、貯存、保管和使用都必須按照《中華人民共和國民用baopo物品管理條例》執行。
1.1.4. 采用新baopo器材和baopo技術應進行baopo設計，并經上繳領導批準，制定相關的安全規定。
二、 baopo器材的采購與搬運、貯存和保管
（一） 一般規定
2.1.1 baopo器材的采購必須按《采購程序》實施控制。
2.1.2 baopo器材屬于易燃、易爆危險品，搬運
