一、工程概況
沈客運專線是我國第一條按200Km/h行車速度設計的新建鐵路,其客車最大時速可達250Km/h以上,是我國鐵路建設史上的標志性工程。中鐵大橋局谷城橋梁廠承擔了該線上月牙河特大橋的319孔箱梁的制造任務。其中24m雙線箱梁309孔,20m雙線箱梁10孔。
秦沈客運專線后張法雙線箱梁是我國首次在鐵路上采用大截面、大體積結構。因此,針對后張法雙線箱梁,鐵道部制定了《預制后張法預應力混凝土簡支梁技術條件》、《橋梁制造與架設施工技術細則》、《秦沈客運專線橋梁工程質量檢驗評定標準》及《預制后張法預應力混凝土簡支梁靜載試驗方法及評定標準》等。這些標準和規范與原T梁箱比,具有設計和制造標準新,科技含量高,吊梁、運梁、存梁的精度要求高,檢驗驗收標準嚴等特點。因此,對箱梁模板的設計,制造與安裝,提出了較高的要求。
二、24米箱梁的主要技術參數
秦沈客運專線24m雙線后張法預應力混凝土單箱簡支梁,為單箱單室等高度箱梁。梁全長24.6m;跨度24.0m;梁高為2.0m;橋面寬度為12.40m。梁體腹板采用斜截面形式,其坡度為1:10。箱梁底板寬度:中間部分為6.12m
