T梁預(yù)制施工方案.doc

T梁預(yù)制采用立式預(yù)制。底模采用30cm厚C25鋼筋砼底模，長(zhǎng)度30米，地模用角鋼鑲邊，表面用磨光機(jī)拋光。由于設(shè)計(jì)T梁起吊采用兜底吊，因此在兩端起吊位置各設(shè)置一塊40㎝長(zhǎng)5㎜厚活動(dòng)鋼板作底模，地模砼留孔400×300便于穿索。地梁兩端T梁支座位置設(shè)置凹槽，大小與支座鋼板相同，凹槽內(nèi)坡度按設(shè)計(jì)要求設(shè)置。于地模高度一半位置預(yù)設(shè)φ50PVC＠600，便于穿拉桿固定側(cè)模底部。側(cè)模、階梯端模采用6mm厚鋼模，廠家定制，封端模板計(jì)劃采用木板加工。T梁模板計(jì)劃配備2套半，邊梁半套，中梁2套。
一、預(yù)制工藝流程
   做底胎模→鋼筋安裝→安裝波紋管→穿鋼絞線(xiàn)→安裝錨板→安裝側(cè)、端模→澆注砼→拆模養(yǎng)護(hù)
二、模板的安拆
   模板的安裝和拆除均采用人工配合龍門(mén)吊，裝拆時(shí)應(yīng)注意以下事項(xiàng)：
①在整個(gè)施工過(guò)程中要始終保持模板的完好狀態(tài)，認(rèn)真進(jìn)行維修保養(yǎng)工作。
②模板在吊運(yùn)過(guò)程中，應(yīng)注意避免碰撞，嚴(yán)禁從吊機(jī)上將模板懸空拋落。
③模板在首次使用時(shí)，要對(duì)模面認(rèn)真進(jìn)行除銹、拋光工作。除銹、拋光采用鋼絲刷清除銹垢，然后涂刷脫模劑，脫模劑的涂刷要注意均勻、不遺漏。
④裝拆時(shí),要注意檢查接縫處止?jié){墊的完好情況,如發(fā)現(xiàn)損壞應(yīng)及時(shí)更換,以保證接縫緊密、不漏漿。
⑤模板安裝精度要求見(jiàn)表。在安裝過(guò)程中,要及時(shí)對(duì)各部分模板進(jìn)行精度控制,安裝完畢后應(yīng)進(jìn)行全面檢查,若超出容許偏差,則應(yīng)及時(shí)糾正。
⑥模板安裝與鋼筋工作配合進(jìn)行，妨礙綁扎

First, pre-process
   Do the end of Die → Installation → Installation of reinforced bellows through strand → → → anchor plates installed to install side-side mode → → pouring concrete form removal conservation
Second, the security template removed
   Installation and removal of the template are used with the gantry crane manual assembly and disassembly should note the following:
① throughout the construction process, we need always maintain the integrity of the template state of serious maintenance work.

③ template for the first time, we should seriously on the mold surface rust, polished work. Rust, polishing rust with wire brush clean dirt, then brush release agent, mold release agents brushing should pay attention to uniform, not omission.
④ assembly and disassembly, we should pay attention to check the seams Grout pad good condition, if found damaged should be replaced to ensure the joints tight, no leakage of slurry.
⑤ template installation precision table. During the installation process, to timely precision control of all parts of the template, the installation should be carried out after a comprehensive examination, if the deviation beyond the tolerance should be corrected.
