一、工程概況
該橋為正橋,橋長180米,全橋共分兩連,第一聯(lián)為4*20米,第二聯(lián)為5*20米,設(shè)置3道伸縮縫。該橋為雙幅橋,雙幅橋間距為7米,半幅橋面寬16米,車行道8米,內(nèi)側(cè)為0.5米防撞護欄,外側(cè)為7.5米非機動車、行人一體車道;橋面橫坡1.5%,人行道橫坡2.0%。
橋面結(jié)構(gòu)層為:1、 預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板,2、C50水泥混凝土橋面鋪裝10厘米,3、防水涂料防水層,4、中粒式瀝青砼4厘米(AC-201),5、細(xì)粒式瀝青砼3厘米(AC-131)。
人行道結(jié)構(gòu)層為:1、 預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板,2、中砂夯實,3、M10
水泥砂漿3厘米,4、彩色花磚6厘米。
橋面按橋面連續(xù)處理,全橋在橋兩端頭以及4#橋墩設(shè)置伸縮縫,伸縮縫采用(西安自力化學(xué)工業(yè)公司)生產(chǎn)的XA-60伸縮縫或同類產(chǎn)品。
欄桿基座采用C25混凝土澆筑,欄桿采用石制欄桿,F(xiàn)澆欄桿基座在板縫處斷開,縫寬2厘米。
橋面排水采用泄水管排入河中,泄水管直徑10厘米,間距5米,采用樹脂玻璃鋼夾砂管材。
路緣石采用花崗巖路緣石,加工工藝為帶鋸解,加工長度1米,泄水孔處路緣石加工時應(yīng)預(yù)留孔洞。
