1施工特征
粉煤灰路堤是利用電廠的廢料粉煤灰填筑路堤，粉煤干燥后松散，無粘性，填筑路堤時必須嚴格控制含水量并與路肩包邊土協調施工。粉煤灰路堤填筑多數采用機械化聯合施工。
2施工方法
A． 恢復路基中線并按20m加密中樁，測標高，放出粉煤灰填筑邊樁和包邊土坡腳樁，樁上注明樁號，標上填筑高度。
B． 清除填方范圍內的草皮，樹根，淤泥，積水，并翻松，平整壓實地基，經監理工程師檢查認可，實測填前標高后，方能上粉煤灰填筑路基。
C． 選擇符合質量要求的粉煤灰和土，提前做好標準擊實試驗，并報監理工程師批準。
D． 在平整壓實的地基上，準確放出粉煤灰填筑線和包邊土填筑線，以及排水溝的具體位置。在施工前做好排水系統的施工并保證排水溝不被路基填料和施工機械破壞，保持粉煤灰路堤的排水暢通。
E． 按設計要求分層進行土質護坡和粉煤灰路堤填筑施工。要求配合緊密，包邊土寬度和填筑粉煤灰寬度準確，包邊土配合人工整修，粉煤灰用裝載機和自卸汽車運到施工路段，用推土機，平地機攤鋪，應在路堤中心和路堤邊緣設置松鋪厚度控制樁，控制攤鋪厚度。
F． 粉媒灰路堤采用水平分層填筑施工法。當分成不同作業段填筑時，先填地段應按1：1坡度分層留臺階，使每一壓實層相互交疊銜接，搭接長度應大于150cm，以保證相鄰作業段接頭范圍的壓實度。
G． 粉煤灰的松鋪系數應通過試驗確定。無實測資料時，可按下列數值選用并在施工中調整。松鋪系數大致為：
               人工攤鋪：1.5—1.7；
               推土機攤鋪：1.2—1.3；
               平地機攤鋪：1.1—1.2；
粉煤灰的含水量宜在灰場調整后再運到工地直接攤鋪輾壓，以達到提高工效之目的。已攤鋪的粉煤灰因故造成過濕或過干，應晾曬或噴灑水份調整含水量，以達到最佳含水量。加水量可按下式計算
