粉噴樁處理軟基施工方案.doc

一、 施工基本情況及施工內容
1、本段路基處理段為K13+090～K13+139.8，其長度為49.8m，此段為水田及魚塘等，工程地質條件較差，為緩沖橋頭位置處的荷載作用力按設計要求，該段采用粉噴樁作軟基處理。
2、本段軟基處理共有三段：K13+090～K13+104.3(三角加固區)；K13+104.3～K13+125.1(橋頭加固段)；K13+125.1～K13+139.8 (過渡段)。各段粉噴樁單根長分別為：5m、6.5m、8m。粉噴樁的直徑均為50cm，樁與樁間的中心距為150cm，共有粉噴樁1254根。
3、施工前先進行成樁試驗，試驗的根數不少于5根。通過確定以下參數：鉆進速度、提升速度、攪拌速度、噴氣壓力等，記錄各種參數數據，檢驗地質情況是否準確及工藝參數、成樁質量、取樣方法和樁的設計指標是否滿足實際情況。

三、施工方法
1、施工準備
