沉管灌注樁施工方案.doc

1、工程概況
本合同段沉管樁處理長度54m，管樁直徑377mm，樁長共計8406m，其中K30+350～K30+370段處理深度15m，間距2.5m，178根，共計2670m；K30+370～404段處理深度12m，間距2.0m，478根，共長5736m。
2、施工準備
（1）、施工場地：先清除地表樹木、草皮等雜物，挖除15～30Cm厚的腐植土。清表后進行場地整平，整平后回填一層宕渣。
（2）、施工用電：自配發電機。
（3）、機械安排：根據重錘輕打的原則，結合樁的類型、長度，以及地質條件和以往的施工經驗，擬采用DZ-90型電動振動沉管機。DZ-90型電動振動沉管機的主要組成部件有樁架框架、絞車、滑輪組、電動振動錘、樁管、吊斗、底盤等，主要技術性能指標：行走速度：96m/h；激振力：429～697KN；適用樁長：20m以內；容許抗拔力：240KN。
3、沉管樁施工
（1）、試樁：為了根據樁的設計承載力，確定樁的入土深度；確定合理的撥管速度和充盈系數，在相同的地質條件下，試樁不少于2根。在軟基段上根據設計文件和地質條件合理選擇試樁的位置，并機具就位。采用單打法進行沉樁作業，作業工程中根據沉管速度和電流變化確定地層地質變化情況。沉管至持力層標高或設計標高后，根據沉管時確定的地層地質變化情況，初步擬定拔管速度。在拔管過程中及時測定推算各種地層混凝土的充盈系數，在不能滿足要求時及時采取補救措施。試樁施工完成后，根據試樁確定的施工工藝和參數進行沉管樁的施工。
（2）測量放樣：為使樁位放樣準確，減少中間環節及受地形條件的影響，預應力管樁施工采用樁位坐標點放樣，首先根據計算的坐標引出樁基軸線；樁基軸線的定位點位置在不受
