1、工程概況
本工程位于北京房山良鄉(xiāng)崇各莊崇青水庫西北部，小苑上村東。度假村分為A、B、C三個區(qū)：A區(qū)建筑面積11060.00m2，B區(qū)建筑面積8695.5 m2，C區(qū)建筑面積1834.4 m2。
1.1工程范圍及內(nèi)容
度假村內(nèi)道路由區(qū)間道路與區(qū)內(nèi)道路組成，B區(qū)內(nèi)道路包括：連接1#、2#、3#壩路的主路（寬6m）；連接4#~11#建筑物、后勤樓的普通車道（寬3.5m）；可容納53個車位的停車場。。
1.2道路工程的設(shè)計形式
B區(qū)道路為單幅混行車道，路寬為3.5m、（6.0m）。路面結(jié)構(gòu)為：
粗級配中粒式瀝青混凝土厚5cm
廠拌瀝青碎石厚5cm
石灰粉煤灰穩(wěn)定砂礫厚20cm
12%灰土10cm

1.4現(xiàn)場情況及水文地質(zhì)情況
1.4.1現(xiàn)場地上情況
本工程（B區(qū)）地勢高低起伏，地面高差較大；雨水采用自然排水不設(shè)管線。外線、檢查井基本做完。建筑物外裝修完成。
1.4.2根據(jù)現(xiàn)場在施工程勘察，表層為人工填土，其下為卵石層，無地下水。
1.5工程特點
B區(qū)內(nèi)道路高低起伏較大且多彎無順直路面，機械施工及平緣石施工均有一定難度。本工程的重點難點在于路面標

1.4 site conditions and hydrological conditions
