二灰碎石基層施工方案.doc

一、工程概況
    本合同段土方路基段底基層是采用32CM厚的石灰粉煤灰碎石，分兩層，每層16CM厚，計239480m2 。雙幅主車道，各8米寬，中間由8米寬綠化分隔帶分隔開。二灰碎石七天無側限抗壓強度為0.8MPa,壓實度為98%。

二、施工準備
  1、人員準備:(見主要管理人員配備一覽表)
  2、機械設備：(見機械設備配備一覽表)
  3、材料準備：采用預拌商品混合料。
  4、測量準備工作：
（1）在基層邊緣以外30cm處，縱向每隔10m，釘基準樁（直徑12mm~15mm長600mm），鐵樁一端制成尖頭。
（2）在基準樁上用螺栓固定橫梁，橫梁亦為鐵質（直徑12mm~15mm長300mm），待測量高程后再緊固橫梁，橫梁必須呈水平狀。 
（3）在基準樁橫梁上架高直徑3mm鋼絲繩基準線，基準線鋼絲繩放在橫梁的刻梁槽內以免基準線在橫梁上左右滑動。
（4）基準線頂面與鋪筑的二灰碎石（砂礫）基層面的垂直距離為10~30cm。
（5）基準線兩端用緊線器拉直繃緊，其拉力應不小于800N。
（6）施工過程中設專人對鐵樁、基準線做好看護工作。
5、施工現場準備工作：
  （1）在準備施工二灰碎石基層前，驗收底基層的高程、寬度、厚度、橫坡、壓實度等各項質量指標符合設計要求，表面平整堅實、無坑洼、松散、彈軟現象。
 （2）對路面底基層進行清掃First, project survey

Second, construction preparation

  4, measuring the preparatory work:
(1) outside the edge of 30cm Department at the grassroots level, vertical intervals of 10m, nail base pile (diameter 12mm ~ 15mm length 600mm), iron pickets made one end pointed.

(3) in the base pile beam diameter of 3mm wire shelves high baseline baseline rope on the beam beam slot carved in the beams on the baseline to avoid sliding around.
(4) baseline and paved top surface of lime (gravel) primary side of the vertical distance of 10 ~ 30cm.
(5) baseline at both ends of the thread with a tight straighten tight, the tension should be not less than 800N.

5, construction site preparation work:
  (1) in preparation for construction of two gray gravel before the acceptance of sub-base of the height, width, thickness, cross slope, compaction and other quality indicators meet the design requirements, a solid flat surface, no potholes, loose, soft shells phenomenon.
