        溫控方案
        1工程概況
        滬蓉西四渡河大橋恩施岸錨碇錨體內(nèi)部和鞍基以及底座采用30號(hào)混凝土,錨體前錨面和后錨面采用40號(hào)混凝土,左右側(cè)兩鞍室之間的底部及錨體厚側(cè)的底部采用20號(hào)混凝土,左右側(cè)兩鞍室之間的上部、錨體厚側(cè)的上部及錨體的頂部采用15號(hào)碾壓混凝土。錨體混凝土總方量約為2萬m3,屬于大體積混凝
        土結(jié)構(gòu),每塊混凝土分層澆筑,各塊之間采用2m厚澆段聯(lián)結(jié)整體,后澆段澆筑微膨脹混凝土。為防止錨體大體積混凝土出現(xiàn)溫度裂縫,受路橋華南滬蓉西十六合同段項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部的委托,武漢港灣工程設(shè)計(jì)研究院對滬蓉西四渡河大橋恩施段錨體大體積混凝土溫控施工方案進(jìn)行了研究,計(jì)算了大體積混凝土的內(nèi)部溫度及仿真應(yīng)力場,并根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果制定了錨體不出現(xiàn)有害溫度裂縫的溫控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相應(yīng)的溫控措施。溫控計(jì)算采用武漢港灣工程設(shè)計(jì)研究院開發(fā)的《大體積混凝土施工期溫度場及仿真應(yīng)力場分析程序包》進(jìn)行。
        滬蓉西四渡河大橋處于山與山之間,風(fēng)速較大,晝夜溫差較高,氣候條件不利于施工,這就給施工帶來了較大難度。根據(jù)此特點(diǎn),本方案進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的溫控計(jì)算和提出了相應(yīng)的溫控措施。
