南京二橋南汊橋主橋鋼箱梁的吊裝及掛索施工

【摘要】本文通過對南京二橋南汊主橋B3標工程主要施工過程的回顧,總結了該橋鋼箱梁支架、吊裝、滑移及掛索和張拉等諸多施工方案的實施及某此難點問題的解決特別對其中一些較為成熟和值得推廣的施工工藝進行了經驗性的概括。

一、B3標工程概況
南京長江第二大橋是列入國家“九五”重點建設項目的工程之一,其南汊主橋橫跨長江主航道,由中交公路規劃設計院設計為58.5+246.5+628.0+246.5+58.5(m)五跨連續雙塔雙索面全斷面焊接的鋼箱梁斜拉橋。其628m的主跨跨徑目標在同類型橋中居國內第一,世界第三。
B3標為該橋上部構造預制鋼箱梁的吊裝架設及掛余張拉施工。施工范圍北起25號過渡墩,南至30號過渡墩。跨越南汊河道,包括水上、橋面和塔上高空作業,施工面較廣。其五跨連續鋼箱梁總長為 1233.9m。根據橋址處自然條件、鋼箱梁構造和施工架設的需要,主梁劃分為A~ L共 12種類計93塊梁段(表 1)。標準梁段長達 15m,寬 38.2m,梁高 3.5m,
吊裝重量近300t(加上隨梁附件)。斜拉索采用7mm鍍鋅高強度低松弛平行鋼絲,外擠包高密度聚乙烯材料,標準索距為15m(輔助跨為 12m),最大索長 335.743m,最大索重達 26 .7t。如此大跨徑橋梁施工、長拉索掛設、重鋼梁懸吊。多工作面立體作業,其施工難度很大,施工方案和架設技術無疑都面臨極大的考驗。加之橋位處于長江下游地帶,水深流急,浪高風大.過往船舶眾多。這些對運梁船、放索船、浮吊的就位穩定、鋼箱梁的懸吊及掛
