邁式(自進(jìn)式)錨桿施工簡(jiǎn)介
邁式注漿鉆進(jìn)錨桿是一種將鉆進(jìn),注漿,錨固功能合而為一的錨桿,能夠保證在復(fù)雜地層(軟巖,土層,斷裂帶等)條件下的錨固效果,具有可靠,高效,簡(jiǎn)便的特點(diǎn)。
(1)鉆桿及錨桿合而為一,在風(fēng)化巖,碎巖層,回填區(qū),砂,粘土,園卵石層等不需套管護(hù)壁,即能形成錨孔,保證錨固與注漿效果。操作簡(jiǎn)便,快捷省時(shí),節(jié)省25%工作量,減少工程成本。
(2)高效能的注漿,充填裂隙,固結(jié)巖體和土層,控制地下水,具有良好的注漿擴(kuò)散半徑及可靠的錨固質(zhì)量。
(3)連續(xù)的螺紋使邁式注漿鉆進(jìn)錨桿可任意切割,連接,適合在狹窄的工作場(chǎng)地施工。同時(shí),連續(xù)的螺紋使邁式注漿鉆進(jìn)錨桿比光滑的鋼管具有更強(qiáng)的粘結(jié)阻力。據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果所得,粘結(jié)阻力高出光滑鋼管2—3倍。本文僅就用潛孔鉆機(jī)施工邁工錨桿作簡(jiǎn)介,當(dāng)采用手持氣腿式風(fēng)鉆的施工方法與使用潛孔鉆大體相同,兩者區(qū)別在于手持氣腿式風(fēng)鉆適用于4m以內(nèi)的邁式錨桿。
1. 施工方法
1.1 施工準(zhǔn)備: 用人工或機(jī)械將要施工的場(chǎng)地平整好,以便潛孔鉆能行駛、進(jìn)出及操作。一般要修一條潛孔鉆機(jī)行駛便道,便道要求寬3m左右,坡度控制在30%,而施工場(chǎng)地需4m×5m。根據(jù)需要搭設(shè)工作平臺(tái)或搭設(shè)腳手架,以便操作。將各種風(fēng)管和水管接好,保持各種管路暢通,空壓機(jī)司機(jī)和注漿手及潛孔鉆司機(jī)到位,空壓機(jī)、潛孔鉆機(jī)、注漿泵、灰漿攪拌機(jī)試機(jī)無故障,備好各種料具。
