高邊坡路塹控制baopo施工技術
1、工程概況
國道**線**至**段改建工程L1合同段全長12km,土石方總量565000m3,有多處深挖石質路塹,其中**路塹(k1051+720~k1052+020)斷面底寬14.5m,最大邊坡高度33m,是全線最大的挖方段,路塹巖體為中元古界燧石條帶白云巖,節理裂隙發育,有松散的軟弱夾層,對邊坡穩定十分不利。該baopo工點緊臨國道**線,線路右側有密集村莊,施工環境比較復雜,對控制baopo的要求高,再加上工程量集中,工期緊,施工難度比較大。
2、baopo方案
路塹邊坡設計率從上至下為1:1、1:0.75、1:0.5,每10m臺階高度設置2m寬的碎落臺。根據工程特點,結合進度要求和資源配置等因素,采取按臺階高度分層分段多作業面同時開挖的施工方案,施工中采用深孔微差baopo技術,先拉通路塹主槽,兩側邊坡預留的1m~2m寬的巖體不爆,作為中部主爆體的隔墻,以減少大baopo對邊坡的損傷,同時預留的巖體光面baopo時,可以根據主爆體的baopo情況和巖石性質更準確地選擇baopo參數,提高邊坡的光爆效果。

采用潛孔鉆機垂直鉆孔,鉆孔直徑d=100mm,炮孔布置如圖1所示。
