9-1-1 鋼筋品種與規格
混凝土結構用的普通鋼筋,可分為兩類:熱軋鋼筋和冷加工鋼筋(冷軋帶肋鋼筋、冷軋扭鋼筋、冷拔螺旋鋼筋)。冷拉鋼筋與冷拔低碳鋼絲已逐漸淘汰。余熱處理鋼筋屬于熱軋鋼筋一類。
熱軋鋼筋的強度等級由原來的I級、II級、III級和IV級更改為按照屈服強度(MPa)分為235級、335級、400級、500級。
《混凝土結構設計規范》(GB50010-2002)第4.2.1條規定:普通鋼筋宜采用熱軋帶肋鋼筋HRB400級和HRB335,也可采用熱軋光圓鋼筋HPB235和余熱處理鋼筋RRB400級;并在條文說明中提倡用HRB400級(即新III級)鋼筋作為我國鋼筋混凝土結構的主力鋼筋。該設計規范尚未列入HRB500級鋼筋。冷軋帶肋鋼筋和冷軋扭鋼筋因已有專門規程《冷軋帶肋鋼筋混凝土結構技術規程》(JGJ95-1995)和《冷軋扭鋼筋混凝土構件技術規程》(JGJ115-1997)可供參考。
9-1-1-1 熱軋鋼筋
熱軋鋼筋是經熱軋成型并自然冷卻的成品鋼筋,分為熱軋光圓鋼筋和熱軋帶肋鋼筋兩種。熱軋光圓鋼筋應符合國家標準《鋼筋混凝土用熱軋光圓鋼筋》(GB13013-1991)的規定。熱軋帶肋鋼筋應符合國家標準《鋼筋混凝土用熱軋帶肋鋼筋》(GB1499-1998)的規定。
1.尺寸、外形和重量

9-1-1 steel varieties and specifications
Used in reinforced concrete structures can be divided into two categories: hot-rolled steel and cold-finished steel (cold rolled ribbed steel bars, cold twisted bars, cold drawn steel screw). Cold-drawn steel bars and cold drawn low carbon steel wire has been phased out. Heat treatment of steel is hot rolled steel category.
The strength of hot-rolled steel grade from the I level, II level, III and IV grade level change in accordance with the yield strength (MPa) divided into 235, 335, 400, 500.
"Design of concrete structures" (GB50010-2002) section 4.2.1 provides that: ordinary steel hot-rolled ribbed steel bar should be adopted and HRB400 grade HRB335, also can use hot-rolled round bar HPB235 and heat treatment of steel RRB400 level; and provisions to promote the use HRB400 level description (the new class III) steel as the main force of China's steel reinforced concrete structure. The design specifications are not included in HRB500 grade steel. Cold-rolled and cold-rolled ribbed steel twisted bars, because of their special order "cold-rolled ribbed steel bar concrete structure with a point of order" (JGJ95-1995) and "Cold Rolled Technical Specification for Reinforced Concrete" (JGJ115-1997) for reference .
9-1-1-1 hot rolled steel
Hot-rolled steel is formed by hot rolling and cooling of the finished steel, divided into hot-rolled round bar and hot-rolled ribbed bar two. Hot rolled round bar should be consistent with national standards, "the reinforcement of concrete rolled round bar" (GB13013-1991) requirements. Hot rolled ribbed steel bar should be consistent with national standards, "the reinforcement of concrete rolled ribbed steel" (GB1499-1998) requirements.
