Abstract: This paper summarizes a more comprehensive system of urban land development traffic impact analysis on the patterns and models, including traffic impact analysis of the general procedure, background traffic analysis, trip generation, trip distribution and traffic assignment, and the sensitivity analysis, service level main content. Although these models and models based on North American urban traffic characteristics and socio-economic value based on the idea, but not lose its general reference and guidance.
We know that land use is closely related with the traffic. The development of urban land value and development after the appeal to a large extent depends on the flow of traffic around the road system and good services.
